How we work

The same method on every engagement.

  1. Diagnose

    Find the real constraint.

    Written diagnosis

  2. Architect

Design the solution and the plan.

    Plan with owners

  3. Execute

Build it and put it live.

    Shipped work, weekly

  4. Measure

    Read results against the objective.

    Weekly scorecard

  5. Scale

Expand what works. Hand it over.

    Playbook and handover

Every week

Thirty minutes. Progress against the objective.

What moved, what is stuck, what we decide. Decisions are written down and become next week's work.

The weekly loop

Questions

Before you sign.

How do you price engagements?

Scope and fees are agreed in writing before work starts: a fixed sprint fee, a project fee or a monthly retainer. You get a number after the first conversation.

How quickly can you start?

Once scope is signed. We give you a realistic date on the first call.

Do you replace our team?

No. We work alongside your people, in your tools, and leave them able to run what we built.

Who owns the work?

Deliverables made for you are yours once the fees for that period are paid. We keep our pre-existing tools and templates, licensed to you where you need them.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

From pre-seed startups to established, owner-run businesses, across software, consumer, healthcare, finance and education.

How does capital work with you?

We prepare the story, model and materials, research the investors who fit and support diligence.

Is Zeutara a broker-dealer?

No. Zeutara is not a registered broker-dealer, placement agent or investment adviser. We do not sell securities, negotiate deal terms or hold investor funds, and we do not guarantee any financing or transaction.

What won't you do?

Give legal, tax, accounting or securities advice. When you need a specialist, we say so and work alongside them.
