Zeutara ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at zeutara.com, and when Zeutara staff use our Vantage app.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form, including your name, email address, company name, website, and any message content you submit, and the email address you provide if you subscribe to The Brief. We also automatically collect certain technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through standard web analytics.
How We Use Information
Information provided through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess potential engagement opportunities. An email address submitted to subscribe to The Brief is used only to send The Brief. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Vantage App
Vantage is Zeutara's internal app. Only Zeutara staff can sign in, and Zeutara creates every account. It collects your name and email address for your account, a device token to send you notifications, the screens you open and the actions you take in the app, crash reports, and the work you enter. We use this only to run the app. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites. The providers that host Vantage for us process it under contract. You can turn off notifications in iOS Settings at any time. To have your account or data removed, email info@zeutara.com.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
